The well-known author Geoffrey Moore coined the term "Crossing the Chasm" in his book. He describes the "chasm" (gulf, gorge, gap, hole, pit) that exists when a company with a cool new product tries to move from selling to technology enthusiasts, to selling to the mainstream market of pragmatists. In between is a pit - called the chasm - a risky area where many companies have failed. A strong and successful business needs to get across the chasm where it can grow and flourish. We have broad expertise across the IT industry, with a particular emphasis on wireless communications and IP (internet protocol).
